By accessing or using Claro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claro is a customer support platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers via live chat and email. We provide tools for managing conversations, teams, and customer contacts.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass users, violate any laws, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Claro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings.
