Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
5. Customer Data
Data you collect from your own customers via the Claro widget or email integration is processed on your behalf. You are the data controller; we are the processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to process your customers' data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
